It smooths away bumps, softens skin and intensely moisturizes for 24 hours. Active ingredients include Alpha Hydroxy Therapy, Sweet Almond Oil and our unique LaH6 Skin Hydration Complex.
Optimum levels of Lactic Acid, a naturally occurring Alpha Hydroxy Acid, exfoliate and renew skin cells drawing moisture into the skin. Hydrating Sweet Almond Oil softens and helps to protect the skin, enhancing its natural moisture barrier.
Clinically proven and dermatologist approved, AMELIORATE is designed for rough, dry and bumpy skin. It deeply hydrates very dry skin and leaves normal skin amazingly soft and smooth.

Apply twice daily for 4 weeks. Then apply daily to maintain skin’s optimum condition.

Great product let down slightly by customer services
This product is absolutely fantastic! ‚It works, super smooth skin and by far the best body lotion I have ever used. ‚However, I got somewhat frustrated by the customer service support when my product arrived incomplete - the pump was missing from the 500ml bottle. ‚It took several days and multiple messages to get it sorted and I had to repeat myself many times to different people dealing with the case. ‚They resolved it satisfactorily in the end though and I was happy with the outcome.

First Time User
First time using this and really like it.I see a noticeable difference in my skin, much smoother and not so bumpy, also not as much ingrown hairs. This is a product I would‚highly recommend and will be a staple in my skin care routine.

Excellent
Having suffered from embarrassing keratosis pilaris for many years this is the only treatment that has helped. After just one application the spotty rough skin on the tops of my arms disappeared and was kept at bay for weeks without any further application's. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Chicken skin
Saw this product on this morning with Eamon Holmes and Ruth Langford. Then Ruth mentioned she was using it and how good it was for that rough chicken skin you get on the back of your arms(well that's where mine is) so I bought some and I can honestly say after a few days using the exfoliating mitt and the cream it's disappeared it really is amazing. You just have to remember to be safe in the sun and use a high factor suncream. It does exactly what it says and I am so happy with my skin now

brilliant product
I use this product all the time. It leaves my skin silky soft and smooth, getting rid of crusty elbows and heels. You only need a small amount so the tube lasts for ages

Amazing!
I tried this cream recently on the backs of my arms where my skin is a little bumpy, nothing too dramatic it very dry skin and I am also eczema prone! Within a week of use I noticed that my skin had transformed! My skin was moisturised and smooth for the first time in ages. Nearly finished my first bottle and have just ordered my next one so I don't go without.‚

I have suffered with KP and ingrown hairs for almost 20 years on my arms and legs and no amount of exfoliation and moisturizing made a difference. I have been using the transforming body lotion in conjunction with the scrub and I can't believe the results, in a matter of weeks my skin is so much better! Amazing results
Ameliorate worksI have very dry sensitive skin that is easily irritated. I got a trial size tube in an advent calendar several years ago. I thought it was just another beauty product - it would moisturise my skin for an hour or so before I needed to re-apply.‚I took the trail sized lotion on holiday (as it was a convenient size). I have to admit the scent‚initially put me off... but the result...Wow!!! My skin has never felt so soft, smooth and itch free. Ameliorate is my go to body product, I love itmy skin has never felt so good, smooth and soft

This stuff really does work. I've suffered with KP since I was born and this is the best thing I've used to clear it up. However, please note...if you're using it in the summer - MAKE SURE YOU WEAR SUNCREAM. It makes you extremely susceptible to burning!!‚
