It smooths away bumps, softens skin and intensely moisturizes for 24 hours. Active ingredients include Alpha Hydroxy Therapy, Sweet Almond Oil and our unique LaH6 Skin Hydration Complex.
Optimum levels of Lactic Acid, a naturally occurring Alpha Hydroxy Acid, exfoliate and renew skin cells drawing moisture into the skin. Hydrating Sweet Almond Oil softens and helps to protect the skin, enhancing its natural moisture barrier.

Cannot recommend enough
I was sceptical when I first saw this product as I have tried so many different thinks for my KP; body brushing, jojoba oil, exfoliating, not exfoliating, hot showers, cold showers, moisturising, not moisturising.. you get it. and nothing ver had any lasting effects. I also pick at mine a lot without even realising it so I have a lot of scarring especially on my upper arms. I came across this in a blog and thought id check it out. all the reviews were positive but I still was sceptical.But, after just 2 or 3 days using it I saw a difference in my skin. At first my skin just got really soft, which is god, but it took a couple of weeks to slow down the growth of keratin in my pores, now I only get a few spots/ingrown hairs/bits of keratin build up. I must admit if I see that I will pick at it, but nowhere near as much as I used to. I still have scarring but am hoping this will go with time. I loved this product so much I even bought the exfoliant/scrub which I use a couple of times a week. These products aren't a cure-all, but they do a damn good job. I have never used anything that dealt with my KP this well! And I will continue to buy this product. Wish it was a little cheaper though, as I need a new big bottle every 8 weeks or less. However this product is just amazing, I believe lactic acid is the key ingredient to stop keratin building up. I have gotten my sister onto using it too. Also having had KP for as long as I can remember (im 21) its such a relief and I feel less self conscious about having my arms and legs out

Great product!
I have had KP for as long as I remember, I originally bought the smaller bottle just to try, and it's actually making a noticeable difference! My KP isn't fully gone but the redness has gotten better, and the bumps seem to be smoothing out nicely. I also love how soft it makes my skin! I live in Canada so my skin can get dry but this lotion keeps my skin from getting dry! I will definitely buy again.

Simply the Best
I purchased this product because of my extremely dry legs and creepy dry skin over my knee from years of sun baking.Just one time use and I loved what it did to my skin. A few more uses and I totally loved the product.My legs were no longer flakey dry, and my creep knees were hydrated and bouncy. I am now applying to my arms as well.What I loved the most, is how soft my skin felt in the morning after evening application. No more said, I ordered a tub. Hello young skin, again.

Amazing!
After searching around to try and find a product to help reduce my bumpy, red skin I settled with this one and I'm so glad I did!After 4 months of using this cream the bumps on my thighs have pretty much disappeared and drastically reduced on the bottom half of my legs. My legs actually feel smooth when I shave them and I feel so much more confident.Absolutely would recommend this product!

Product fantastic, rubbish
I use Ameliorate all of the time, it's an amazing product and recommend it to all of my friends with dry skin or keratosis pilaris. I bought the large bottle, however the pump on the bottle doesn't work so it's a bit of a pain to get the cream out. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. The product itself would get 5 stars.‚

TRULY TRANSFORMING- DESERVES MORE THAN 5 STARS
I am BEYOND happy with this lotion. I cannot explain how perfect my results are. I suffer from KP mainly on my legs and stomach, and now it's a thing of the past. When I bought this product, I did not expect all my KP to disappear within a few days. I don't only use this lotion on my KP areas. I use it everywhere. It's THAT good. Right before I used this product I used an exfoliating glove, and a thick greeeeaaasy lotion that claimed to smooth the skin, but didn't deliver. I thought I'd just have to accept my skin in it's bumpy state. And to be honest, considering the amount of lotions marketed for KP that I have tried, my expectations weren't that high. I decided to give it a go, and I'm SO glad I did. I cannot ever see myself using another lotion. Needless to say, I will be purchasing the 500ml size next time. Ameliorate: THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH!! You saved not only my skin, but also my self esteem. You now have another life long customer.

This changed my life no joke !!!!
I know you read the typical reviews of women or men raging on about a product and think hmmmm is this some sorta scam but.....I kid you not THIS stuff is unbelievable! I have the roughest bumpy skin ever the backs of my thighs near my bum the outsides of my arms and my hips are a small but rough ! I got the trio pack just before Christmas I've used it all and I can definitely say my skin feels beautiful ! It has a small sheen to it not greasey at all and sinks straight in ! One thing I will add is maybe not shave and then apply lotion if you want a slight tingle I have very ebrasive skin so when I exfoliate it does little to no difference ! Will definitely be purchasing more of this lotion and to add I have bought thee most insanely expensive creams and none of them work the way this does ! In love,If your apprehensive whether to buy this or not don't be and take my word for it !

Ameliorate body lotion
Bought this for my daughter and myself. She is using it in conjunction with the Ameliorate scrub and claims it works. I will perhaps need more time, at the age of 45! I only wish this was around when I was a teenager...
