It smooths away bumps, softens skin and intensely moisturizes for 24 hours. Active ingredients include Alpha Hydroxy Therapy, Sweet Almond Oil and our unique LaH6 Skin Hydration Complex.
Optimum levels of Lactic Acid, a naturally occurring Alpha Hydroxy Acid, exfoliate and renew skin cells drawing moisture into the skin. Hydrating Sweet Almond Oil softens and helps to protect the skin, enhancing its natural moisture barrier.
Clinically proven and dermatologist approved, AMELIORATE is designed for rough, dry and bumpy skin. It deeply hydrates very dry skin and leaves normal skin amazingly soft and smooth.

It really Transforms
This product is amazing, I originally received a travel size and immediately purchased the largest one .My skin is soft, moisturised and has a silky glow to it, its never looked or felt so healthy.Many products promise results and you see a slight improvement, but this is €˜transforming! Thank you .

Wow, Just Wow
I am a 53 year old, menopausal lady who has recently suffered with very dry, itchy and tight skin. I saw a recommendation for this on You Tube and after trying for a very long time and a lot of bad purchases and research. I took the plunge and bought a kit which included this, the body exfoliant and body wash. After only a couple of uses my skin is so much softer and no longer dry and tight. I even had the confidence to get my arms out for the first time in nearly 2 years. I am absolutely blown away already. I am so impressed that I have bought the face serum, face cream, face cleanser and hand cream. As the title says, WOW! There is a baby powder scent to these products but I dont mind it, a small price to pay for lovely skin from head to toe.‚

Wow!
I brought this product after watching it being advertised on This Morning, and thinking oh this is that what I suffer with on the tops of my arms (red/bumpy) worse after exercising. I've been using it for a week and noticed a HUGE difference and my skin feels amazing. (I have also been using the Body wash and exfoliating mitt)‚I will definitely be buying the larger bottle and‚Smoothing Body Exfoliant when back in stock.I would definitely recommend.‚

Wow just amazing
I cannot believe this cream, it's just mind blowing. I've had chicken skin on my arms for at least 10 years. I thought that was it nothing was ever going to help....well this magic lotion has cured it. I have been using it for 8 weeks and the skin on my arms are like a babies. I'm so excited. I can not recommend it highly enough. I now use the exfoliant and the bath milk as well which speeds up the process.

What is that smell?
The texture feels nice but it smells so unpleasant it makes me apply less. It says to apply twice per day in 1st 2 weeks but I just cannot do it. The best I can describe the smell is fake tan gone off.Such a shame.

My hands and arms were like sandpaper; just horrible ‚ The Transforming lotion cleared up my dryness in 2 days! ‚ No kidding, 4 applications in 2 days and I am a new, moisturized woman. Dont hesitate. Im buying serveral of the giant size bottles. You can thank me later (LOL!).‚

Truly transforming
I've been using this product for a few weeks now and can definitely see a difference. I've been dealing with dry skin for over a year now but after using this lotion my skin is super soft and smooth. I can also see an improvement in my keratosis pilaris. I apply it daily after showering. Also - love the smell!

Transforming body lotion
I love this lotion, I have suffered from psoriasis all my life, and tried many body creams and lotions. This scores very highly. It's moisturising without feeling sticky or greasy, it's very soothing and smells lovely without being overpowering.
